A muse is a spirit/goddess thought to inspire a poet or other artist. In Greek mythology
the nine muses are the daughters of Zeus and Mnemosyne, goddess of memory. Numerous authors have called upon the muses for inspiration.

Tenth Muse Bookstore is located inside the Shearwater Building, on Broadway in downtown Seaside, Oregon. We are only about a half a block from the beach and Seaside's historic Turnaround and Promenade.
